Dry off oven & curing oven

Heating provied by diesel fuel.

Manufactured from 500mm. sandwhich panels.

Isolation width is 140 mm.

Isolation material is  made of 60 Kg/m³ 30 mm thickness rock wool.

Isolation material is  24 Kg/m³ glass wool.

We use 1.2 mm. black iron sheet outside of the panels and 1.2 mm galvanized sheet iron inside of panels and 2 mm. black iron sheet ground of the oven

Circulation is made by radial fan.

Heat distribution is homogeneous everywhere in oven.

We use 2 mm.310 Quality Rustproof steel sheet iron in thermo block in the heatingroom(boiler)

Thermo blocks are steel smoke pipes and has no sewing.

We use Fan Motor is  approved by CE.

Leakage is kept minimum by adjusting air curtains at enter and exit of the oven.
